Resumen / Abstract
This paper analyses the legal framework and economic aspects of the Distributed Generation regime in Argentina, focusing on the tariff method that was selected to compensate the so-called prosumers in exchange for the energy that they self-generate and subsequently feed into the grid.
Este artículo analiza el marco jurídico y los aspectos económicos del programa de generación distribuida en la Argentina, haciendo hincapié en el sistema tarifario elegido para compensar a los llamados prosumidores a cambio de la energía que estos generen y ulteriormente ingrese a la red eléctrica.
