Resulta necesario reconocer el marco normativo aplicable a la realización del consentimiento previo, libre e informado de las comunidades indígenas aplicable en el marco de la realización de actividades mineras, desafíos y trabajo orientados a asegurar el cumplimiento efectivo de la legislación vigente.
It is necessary to recognize the normative framework applicable to the realization of the previous, free and informed consent of the applicable indigenous communities within the framework of carrying out mining activities, challenges and work aimed at ensuring effective compliance with current legislation.
