El presente trabajo analiza las opciones normativas en función de la actuación de la empresa estatal UTE como único comprador en el mercado ma-yorista, y teniendo en cuenta el reciente cambio de matriz energética impulsado por el Estado uruguayo.

This study analyzes the legal options in view of the role of UTE, a government owned corporation, as single purchaser in the wholesale market, and taking into account the recent change of the energy matrix promoted by the Uruguayan Government.
