Un reciente fallo de la Corte Suprema y el dictado de nuevas regulaciones dan pie para reabrir el debate sobre la conveniencia regulatoria de aplicar la ley 24240 a la relación entre usuarios y concesionarios de servicios públicos.
A recent Supreme Court ruling and the enactment of new electricity supply regulations provide an occasion to reopen the debate regarding the regulatory convenience of applying Law 24240 to the relationships between users and service public concessionaires.
