El presente trabajo propone analizar la figura jurídica adoptada por Energía Argentina Sociedad Anónima (EnArSA), a la luz de la seguridad jurídica, partiendo de sus normas de creación y de la legislación aplicable a sociedades anónimas.
This paper attempts to analyze the legal structure adopted by Energía Argentina Sociedad Anónima (EnArSA), in the light of legal certainty, starting from its creation rules and the legislation applicable to corporations.
