Más allá de los contenidos positivos de la ley 27007 la falta de consensos, sumada a la violación del reparto federal de competencias, conspiran contra su intención de generar un marco de estabilidad y previsión a los inversores.
Despite the positive contents of Law 27007, the lack of consensus, together with the violation of the federal distribution of powers, conspire against its intention to generate a stable and foreseeable framework for investors.
