El objetivo de esta exposición es analizar el régimen legal hidrocarburífero argentino, enfocando los institutos del dominio y la jurisdicción, para determinar si el mismo se amolda adecuadamente a las exigencias del régimen federal de división de competencias dispuesto por la Constitución de la Nación Argentina.

This paper is aimed at analyzing the Argentine hydrocarbons regime, focusing on the legal institutes known as domain and jurisdiction, for the purpose of determining if it properly fits with the requirements of the federal separation of powers regime prescribed by the national Argentine Constitution.
