El precio de la electricidad que el Estado debe garantizar a la mayoría de los hogares españoles fue impugnado al no haber respetado una metodología de cálculo. Por ello, el Gobierno ha sido obligado a aprobar dicha metodología en aras a la transparencia y al deber de buena administración.

The price of electricity that the State must guarantee to most Spanish households was impugned because it did not respect a calculation methodology. For this reason, the Government has been obliged to approve this methodology
