Este artículo busca analizar el contenido de la reciente resolución dictada por la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Nación en relación con una materia capaz de determinar el futuro de la minería en la Argentina: la constitucionalidad de la ley de glaciares. Si bien la resolución no se pronuncia sobre ese asunto, nos brinda un panorama acerca de la opinión de la Corte, en su actual composición, sobre la materia.

This paper seeks to analyze the content of the recent resolution issued by the Federal Supreme Court of Justice regarding a subject capable of determining the future of Argentinean mining industry: the constitutionality of the glaciers law. Although the Court resolution does not pronounce about that matter, it provides us with an overview of the opinion of the actual Court in the subject.
