Se estudian las diferentes (y problemáticas) regulaciones aplicables a la industria del petróleo y el gas a lo largo del tiempo en la Argentina y se analizan las estructuras y mecanismos establecidos bajo esas regulaciones, con específica referencia al contexto histórico en el que fueron implementadas.

This paper studies the different (and problematic) regulations applicable to the oil and gas industry throughout time in Argentina and analyzes the structures and mechanisms provided for under said regulations, with specific reference to the historical context in which they were implemented.
