De acuerdo con la estrategia energética delineada por el Gobierno, Uruguay se encuentra, hoy, en la frontera del mapa petrolero mundial. Este trabajo se propone resumir los proyectos en curso en Uruguay, así como sus desafíos desde el punto de vista jurídico y oportunidades.

Following the energy strategy designed by the Government, Uruguay is, today, at the boundaries of the world oil map. This paper summarizes the current projects in Uruguay, their challenges from a legal standpoint and their opportunities.
