Este trabajo analiza si el proyecto de modificación de la ley de Hidrocarburos impulsado por el Gobierno Nacional es consistente con las competencias provinciales derivadas de su dominio originario sobre los hidrocarburos.
This paper analyses whether the bill for amendment of the Hydrocarbons Law sponsored by the Federal Government is consistent with the powers of the provinces arising from their eminent domain over hydrocarbons.
