El objetivo del presente trabajo es efectuar una breve síntesis del desarrollo legislativo de la energía nuclear en la República Argentina, así como también realizar un sucinto análisis de las funciones encomendadas por ley a la Comisión Nacional de Energía Atómica (CNEA), organismo especializado en la materia.

The aim of this paper is to briefly summarize the legislative development of nuclear energy in the Argentine Republic, as well as to analyse, succintly, the powers assigned by the law to the National Atomic Energy Commission
(CNEA), the agency that is specialized in the matter.
