El presente trabajo analiza la normativa vigente a nivel nacional en materia de servidumbre administrativa de electroducto, y algunas cuestiones controvertidas que ha generado su aplicación entre concesionarios y afectados, y entre diferentes reparticiones del estado nacional que se atribuyen competencia en la materia.
