El presente trabajo analiza el régimen tarifario del transporte y de la distribución de energía eléctrica, las regulaciones dictadas bajo la emergencia declarada por la ley 25561 y su problemática actual a los fines de la recomposición de estos servicios públicos.

This paper analyzes the tariff regime of transport and distribution of electricity, the regulations issued under the emergency declared by law 25561 and the current complexities for the purposes of the restructuring of these utilities services.
