Resumen / Abstract
La ley nacional 27424 y la ley provincial 10604 establecen el marco jurídico aplicable a la generación distribuida de energía eléctrica en la Nación y la provincia de Córdoba. Sin embargo, la normativa parece referirse estrictamente a la generación distribuida sin considerar la autogeneración, la acumulación de energía eléctrica y los avances en materia de microrredes.
National law 27.424 and Provincial law 10.604, establish the legal framework of distributed generation in National level and in the Province of Cordoba. However, the normative seems to refer strictly to distributed generation, leaving in the background self generation, accumulation and advances in microgrids.
