Resumen / Abstract
Analizar la industria eléctrica es hoy difícil. Se ha de ahorrar en importación de energías y volver al reconocimiento de costes reales de insumos; analizar la maduración de inversiones en petróleo y gas y energías renovables; abordar el ahorro y eficiencia energética y gestionar a futuro un mercado regional de energías.
The analysis of the electrical industry is difficult today. It is needed to save on energy imports and return to recognizing actual input costs; analyze the maturation of investments in oil and gas and renewable energies; face energy saving and efficiency and manage a long-term regional energy market.
