Resumen / Abstract
La crisis en la distribución eléctrica no obedece a defectos de diseño regulatorio, sino a la insuficiencia de ingresos desde 2002. Una solución posible es volver a cumplir gradualmente con la ley 24065, aunque su factibilidad depende de factores imponderables.
The crisis in the electricity distribution sector does not stem from imperfections in the regulatory design, but from the lack of an adequate income since 2002. A gradual return to the provisions of Law N° 24.065 could be the solution, although the feasibility of this remains uncertain.
