Resumen / Abstract
La realización del mercado europeo de la energía es un objetivo todavía no conseguido en el Derecho de la Unión Europea. Está en preparación un nuevo paquete normativo con ese propósito. En ese contexto alguna jurisprudencia sobre medio ambiente aparece como un obstáculo para dicho objetivo.
The realization of the energy domestic market is a pending goal under EU Law. A new normative package is under preparation for that purpose. In that context, some environmental case law appears as an obstacle for that objective.
