Siguiendo la tendencia global de impulsar la generación de energía eléctrica de fuentes renovables, en la Argentina se creó un régimen de fomento del cual surgió el Programa de Abastecimiento de Energía Eléctrica de Fuentes Renovables, que tiene como fin la suscripción de contratos de abastecimiento de ese tipo de energía. Su estudio vale la pena a fin de conocer la estrategia planteada por nuestro país, las acciones desarrolladas, los logros obtenidos, los puntos de mejora y los desafíos que tendría por delante.

Following the global trend of promoting the generation of electrical energy from renewable sources, a promotion regime was created in Argentina, which gave rise to the Renewable Sources Electric Energy Supply Program, whose purpose is to sign Supply Contracts for that kind of energy. The study of it is worthwhile in order to know the strategy proposed by our country, the actions that were carried out, the achievements obtained, the points for improvement and the challenges that lie ahead.
