Resumen / Abstract
Los «cargos específicos» son una extensión del concepto de tarifa que encuentra sustento legal en el marco regulatorio del transporte y distribución de gas, en la ley 26095 y en las potestades tarifarias del Poder Administrador.
The «specific charges» bear the same character as the public utility rates and find their legal support in the gas transport and distribution regulatory framework, in law 26095 and in the Administrative Branch’s powers to fix the rates of public utilities.
