Por medio del presente análisis deseo demostrar la grave incongruencia del régimen de las restricciones a la importación de mercaderías vigente en la Argentina a través de las licencias no automáticas (DJAI y/u otra que en el futuro la reemplace) sobre el sector de hidrocarburos.

By this paper, the author wants to expose the serious inconsistency of the import restriction regime on the oil & gas industry in Argentina through the requirement of Non Automatic Licences (DJAI and/or any other which replace them in the future).
