Resumen / Abstract
Este trabajo analiza el fallo Giustiniani de la CSJN y la reciente ley 27275 del derecho de acceso a la información pública y vislumbra sus efectos sobre el perfil jurídico de YPF S.A. y sobre la industria de los hidrocarburos en la Argentina.
This paper analyses the impact that both the Argentina´s Supreme Court decision in the Giustiniani case and the recent Freedom of Information Act 27,275 might have over YPF´s legal corporation structure and the hydrocarbons industry as well.
