El propósito de este trabajo es abordar algunos de los precedentes más importantes en materia de arbitrajes de inversión respecto de inversiones en el sector de energías renovables en España y trazar ciertos paralelismos y diferencias con eventuales reclamos que pudieran surgir ante una modificación regulatoria en la Argentina que impacte en los proyectos adjudicados en el Programa Renovar.

The purpose of this paper is to address some of the main investment arbitrations cases dealing with investments in the Spanish renewable energy sector and analyze differences and similarities in connection with potential investment arbitration claims that, hypothetically, could be initiated if the Argentine regulatory framework is amended in a manner affecting projects awarded under the Renovar Program.
